At Doggo Hub, we want you and your pup to be 100% happy with every purchase. 30-Day Returns: Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Faulty or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked. How to Return: Email us at hello@doggohub.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item to the original payment method. Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
